This form is intended to be filled out by coaches and/or managers to request what summer tournaments your team will participate in. Requests will be submitted directly to the TC United Registrar for review and placement. Please be as thorough as possible when completing this form. Submissions must be received before June 1st.
Note: The High School Boys season starts earlier than the other seasons. If your team is a boys high school age team please do not choose tournaments that start after the 2nd week of August.
