Thurston County United Financial Aid Program
TC United is happy to provide an assistance program for which players/parents can apply to receive financial aid towards their Annual Club Fees. Financial Aid is awarded based upon availability of financial aid funds, the financial needs of the applicant, and (when necessary) approval by the TC United Committee and/or Chinqually Board Soccer Club (CBSC) based upon its established criteria. The program is open to all registered players who meet the financial criteria and who can provide TC United with a complete, accurate application (with requested supporting documentation). All parts of this application must be completed by July 15th, 2024. Incomplete applications will not be considered. This application is confidential and will not be shared with your team management or any parties outside of Thurston County United and Chinqually Booters Soccer Club.
Enrollment in a current program is required for consideration for Financial Aid. If circumstances allow we request that all participants pay the minimum registration fee. If this is not possible, please follow the instruction to defer payment on the enrollment page. Final distribution of aid will not occur until August 26th.
ENROLL WITH TC UNITED
Each applicant to TC United for financial aid is judged on the basis of merit. TC United does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age or disability. Any financial aid offered is at the sole discretion of the TC United Committee or Chinqually Booters Soccer Club Board.
By applying for financial aid applicants expressly consent and understand that participants will be removed from current activities and will not be allowed to participant in any future activities of TC United if information provided in the Financial Aid Application is found to be incorrect or falsified.
Financial aid is for the 2024-2025 program year only and does not include provisions for uniform kits. Applicants receiving financial aid must apply each program year to be considered for financial aid. All financial aid may be reviewed periodically and subject to withdrawal based upon improvements in economic status of the applicant or family. Towards this end, TC United has the right to request updated financial information from any applicant awarded financial aid at any time during the program year.
If awarded, any scholarship amount will be credited toward a single account for the agreed upon amount.
Application is not a guarantee of reward and it is recommended that you check your account regularly to ensure you are up-to-date on any balances owed!
If you have questions about enrollment please refer to these instructions. If you defer payments you may not use auto-payment in the future. If you wish to use autopayment we recommend signing up as normal, your account balance will then be reduced or refunded once aid has been rewarded.
