Coaches and Managers,
This form will be used to make schedule requests to the WPL before the schedule is released and it will be used to schedule home match times after the schedule is released. Please use this form prior to each season's schedule release. Once games are posted on the WPL Schedule any changes must be coordinated with and approved by the opposing team before a change can be made. Unilateral reschedules are not permitted.
Please give advice on how best to schedule your home games. If you coach more than one team you must fill out this form to avoid conflicts for all games.
Examples:
Please have all "team 1" games played on Saturday and all "team 2" games played on Sunday.
Please have all "team 1" and "team 2" home games played on the same days, "team 1" away on Saturday, "team 2" away on Sunday.
Please do not schedule games for this team between "date 1" and "date 2" to avoid spring break.
Please schedule all home games to kick off before noon.
Please schedule all home games to kick off after 3:00 pm.
Please do not schedule games on Sundays for this team.
Note: the sooner you submit the request the more likely that it will be honored. If you wait until after the schedulers have formed the schedules they will be less likely to make changes.
